Meet Jasmine - Founder of Sukha

Jasmine is the founder of Sukha Sports Therapy and a qualified Sports Therapist, Pilates Instructor, Barre Instructor, and Personal Trainer. With a strong interest in movement education and injury prevention, Jasmine is passionate about helping people better understand their bodies and move with confidence, strength, and ease.

Her approach focuses on identifying imbalances, improving mobility, and building functional strength so the body feels more supported, resilient, and capable in everyday life. Central to this work is the belief that lasting change happens when the nervous system feels calm and safe, allowing the body to move, adapt, and recover more effectively. By combining sports therapy, Pilates and barre‑based movement, and practical education, Jasmine aims to reduce pain, prevent recurring injuries, and support long‑term movement health.
